What Our Users Say
Don't just take our word for it. Here's what our users have to say about our Android app.
"Dosnt work on a Samsung unbelievable."
Rapper Fanpage187
"Still no support for many mobile phones. This is inexcusable. I will NOT be renewing my subscription to the Dexcom product."
Peter Middleton
"Doesn't work with most android phones absolute shambles"
Matthew Armes
"Since the latest update, going into the carb/insulin/calibration entry section no longer automatically brings up my keyboard. I know this seems like something very minor, but now it takes extra time and effort to click into the form field when before it would automatically be selected and I only had to complete the number. Why bring out an update if you're going to make the experience worse?"
Ilse van Herpen
"Would be good if it only allowed ability to add text to entries e.g. To describe type of carbs or reason for high and low. This is really essential otherwise the numbers on their own mean little"
Alan H
"Not compatible with my NEW Huawei phone with latest Android version. Make this app compatible with a specific OS, bot particular phones."
Daniel Petterson
"This app does not support a large variety of phones. It used to work in a single phone in our whole family, therefore it was inconvenient already but now it has stopped working in that phone as well. This is really frustrating, and I would like this to be changed and let more phones be compatible with this app."
Poornima Rao
"It won't work with a Google 1 phone, very disappointed, why is there not a run at your own risk option. They should check the check the Android version and not the phone model."
Sharon Richards
"Seriously. Not compatible on a Samsung Galaxy S10. Are ye for real?"
Deirdre Collins
"It's a shame this app does not support more smartphones. I went from a Pixel (supported) to a OnePlus 7T Pro (not supported) and I can not now use the app. Both phones running Android 10. This app only reads a value from the sensor. "Not tested yet!" What are you guys worried about? Crashes? Let it be up to the users if we want to trust this or not."
